Susan Johnson was the first tenant to move into The Watermark in April 2008, with her business ‘Get Going’ - established to help people emigrate to Australia. Since then, the business has expanded rapidly to include New Zealand, Canada and South Africa.

Situated in a self-contained suite on the top floor of the award-winning Watermark building, the Ivybridge Innovation Centre offers16 units in an area of 2,000ft2 (186m2) for the purpose of helping businesses in the early stages of development.
Formally opened in April 2008, with state of the art facilities, this Centre is located in the heart of Ivybridge.
